Online purchase System is ****

Im a disappointed cell c customer. I purchased a prepaid cell phone online confirmation number ***. To my surprise, I did not receive any other information regarding the transaction that I had made. Tried to contact their sales team this afternoon and all they are telling me is the confirmation confirmation number I received is wrong. For crying out loud...I received the confirmation number from them...so can I be told its wrong...im beginning to think their online purchase system is a ****. Im quite disappointed and feel im not recieving the assistance I need from them.
