Online purchase not received!!!
Online purchase done a week ago to date cellphone had not been received in fact I'm being told that you guys have no record of this purchase. The funds were deducted from my bank account! I spent 2 hours at your head office on Thursday and no one was able to assist me. My husband has just been on the phone with tour call centre for almost an hour and still no assistance.
