ONLINE ORDER MADE NO DELIVERY!!!

It seems like this is the only platform cell c will bother responding on. This will be my 4th terrible review on cell c customer service.

I have purchased and fully PAID FOR an order for a Samsung a52 over a week again order no.is *** and still no one can get back to me regarding the delivery of the phone and I need the phone this week!!! All I'm being told is that it is escalated to service desk yet service desk is uncontactable and does not provide any turnaround time!!! That is pathetic! I was promised on hello Peter that the phone will be dispatched and yet I have not received any call or sms regarding delivery arrangements! I will ntobwoat months for a damn phone cell c was supposed to deliver days ago!!!! I need feedback immediately on this not empty promises! Cell c can clearly see payment was made and the phone was not even released to a courier! Just release the phone and send it to the client!!!!!
