Ongoing saga - since April 2013

This is the umpteenth time that I am either reporting this on here or emailing Cell C. The saga has been going on since April 2013, my emails - trying to get the issue resolved since July 2014 and my money refunded for unauthorised debit order since then as well. At least the debit orders have stopped going off my account --YAY!!<br> I have received an email where they have confirmed that my bank details were mistakenly loaded onto another account. I was told to send bank statements (not just one, but for the whole period - which amounted to over 2 years worth of bank statements, as well as get an affidavit signed. I jumped through all their hoops, some of the hoops more than twice!! I have on many occasions emailed Cynthia and Mandla and even though my initial email was rep**** to and I was informed that the matter was escalated I have since June received no further replies to my emails despite me following up every month to find out what the latest is.<br> I find it quite amazing how quickly they have deducted R100, which then escalated to R110 per month but are now dragging their heels even after admitting - in writing - error on their part. They just go with the silent treatment.
