Ongoing queries logged and still not resolved.
I'm still awaiting feedback on my queries logged since last year and still Cell C is putting debit orders through my account on the incorrect dates. It's been 6 months and with every debit order going off incorrectly I'm getting charged R70 per debit order. I'm at the point where I won't pay them unless this gets resolved. Query after Query was logged and every time the stated its been fixed and yet they are still putting the debit orders on the wrong dates. I honestly don't understand how difficult it can be to correct this and refund me for all the charges due to neglects charges.

30 Jan 2023, 11:08This is ongoing and I was debited again on the 25th after you stated the debit order has been corrected. I need this resolved and my debit order canceled as I will pay my accounts VIA eft.
I can't keep begging for this to be resolved.
I'm paying bank charges your charges of R70 per missed debit and getting a bad name.
This is getting out of hand and won't accept the response of we are working on it. You have been working on it for the last 6 to 7 months how difficult can it be to corrected the debit order date and refund my account for all the charges as this was reported and not resolved.
And I'm getting phone calls from your collections department due to not paying my account due to the incorrect debit order date.
Get this resolved Cell C will easily send sms's stating my query is resolved just so that they don't have to do anything. Just sit back and keep on *****ing from me
