ongoing pathetic customer service

Cell c does not bother about customer service, they have not contacted me re: my complaint on helo peter last week. Today was given terrible service from the call center. Been given wrong info and put pillar to post and was told I will becontacted. Also if the contact center is transferring to upgrades where they do security check, why do they have to do if they not assisting. This is time consuming. Service needs to improve at Cell C. Cell C is not serious about customer service.
