Ongoing disgusting service
So last week there was 2 unauthorized contract upgrades done by cell c. I have sent them the paperwork required and a week later, I don't have feedback on a way forward.

13 Jul 2023, 20:38Hi, this is not acceptable, I was told that on Monday I would have feedback, I have sent 2 e mails to the ***** division and did not get a response.
Seeing that my security is compromised, with your company.
I feel the safe thing to do 8s to put a stop order on my accounts with Cell c, until this is resolved.
Also I requested both call recording of the upgrades, I have not received it.
My next step if a resolution is not provided by Monday, 17 th July, is to approach the ombudsman.
Please contact me via e mail with feedback and document why an investigation is taking 1 full working week and why is there no concern that my security n information is breached within your organization
