Ongoing Debit from Account

I have been trying to find out about a debit order that goes off my account every month. I have been communicating with them since June 2014. I get replies that then say that my accounts have been handed over due to non payment with telephone numbers that I don't recognise.<br> <br> I then query again and get told that they tried to call me and couldn't get through and they are reverting the issue to the ***** department who will contact me within 2 days. That was middle December, I am still waiting.<br> <br> This is now ridiculous as R100 is going off my account every month and I have no way to stop it as the bank can't stop it and Cell C just doesn't seem to want to.<br> <br> I am at my wits end!!!!
