Ongoing Contract Cancellation Nightmare

As was required after consultation with Cell C, on the 16th June 2014 I went into their Cavendish, Cape Town store and gave notice that I was cancelling my 20 accounts with them. I filled out the cancellation forms for each number with the clerk and left the store thinking that I had effectively cancelled my contracts a month before they lapsed as was required.<br> <br> A year later, and Cell C is still deducting the charges monthly. I have case numbers, emails, promises of refunds all come to nought. Each month, I lodge a complaint, go into the bank, reverse the charges and wait. Every month the same thing happens.<br> <br> It is an impossible situation, and I would dissuade anyone from ever entering into a contract with Cell C.<br> <br> All I want, is the cancellation to be enforced a year after it was done. I will once again reverse the charges they levied this month, and refuse to pay anything at all to them. I don't want a refund for the countless hours wasted on this, just for them to stop billing me. It is ******ion.
