One star out of a company of we dont cares
I just want to thank Carol for all her assistance with an extremely irate and irritated client. After all the grief that Cell C has put me through the past 2 months, she is truly the ONLY staff member that actually took the time to try assist and make the extra effort to sort out my problem. Thank you Carol. You will always be my consultant for all upgrades/new contracts in the future.
