One star is to much

Contract came to an end Aug, still trying to CXD contract, when they transfer you to the CXD department the call just cuts and when you call them directly it takes forever for someone to answer and than the call just cuts again because of no signal. They make it impossible to CXD but can phone me 4 times a day to inform me I am due for an upgrade..
