One phone 2 debit orders from 2 accounts

<p>I upgraded my phone last month and changed bank details, debit order still went through old account causing a return fee by bank, cell c once again debited both my old and new account causing another return fee on my account. Totaling R290 return fees on an account I instructed them to change plus two debit orders for one phone on two different accounts. Would like the fees to be paid by cell c for their negligence and explain why I have two debit orders whereas I have one contract.</p>
