One month without a Phone - usles insurance!!! ce

A month ago I lodt my phone, cell c and finrite have been sending me from pillar to post with no replacement of my phone. They keep claiming that they have ordered the phone and have sent it to a cell c store for collection, yet no one gives me a ref or feedback... I paid access for tjis claim before the end of JUNE... im sick and tired or the lack of feedback or action- I want my phone TODAY...
