one month free subscription was only loaded on 074

I received an email from Mpho Ndlouv 03 June 2015 08:40 AM one month free subscription was only loaded on *** due to the inconvenience caused by Cell C repairs department , in relation to my numerous complaints regarding bad service, I have not paid my account due to the lack of service, Cell C has not honoured their part and subsequently suspended my service. I continue to call in, write emails to no avail as it is also the same , passing the buck , nobody is willing to remedy the situation.
