One month delay on query
I was contacted by cell c direct and i took the contract that was offered to me but the contract i received was not what i agreed to over the telephone. I complained about this on the 7 of december 2015 and i have not received any feedback from cell c on this matter. I find this appauling and a failure in customer service.
