one month delay on query

I was contacted by cell c direct and I took the contract that was offered to me but the contract I received was not what I agreed to over the telephone. I complained about this on the 7th of December 2015 and I have not received any feedback from cell c on this matter. I find this appealing and a failure in customer service.
