One bright star in a ***********, lack lustre company

After 10 days and 44 emails I found one good, willing and very competent person to sort out my issue at Cell C. Mpumelelo Ngidi, a technical agent went out of his way to resolve an upgrade issue from a business package to a fibre package. the other 10 or so rotten eggs at Cell C were lazy, *********** and could not do the job. Well done to Mpumelolo you are a shining star amongst a company full of dismal and dull people. you will do very well. I hope the management at Cell C value you and put you in a position that you are worth. You deserve a promotion. Well done!!!
