One Bad Network Service to Rule Them All

The most disgusting service I have received from a telecommunications company to-date. It's literally mind-boggling how useless this network is first of all. I have a LTE home connecta package I connected it up in my house and was getting a stead 35mb/s download and 15mb/s upload. That was 3 months ago, now I just bought a new 1 TB package for R799 from their website to top-up and about 3 days later the network speeds dropped drastically all the way down to between 0.3mbs (YES SLOWER THAN DIAL UP) and 5mbs and upload was never above 1mbs, obviously no one can live on this so I filed a bunch of complaints until EVENTUALLY someone decided to contact me, that was two weeks ago, now someone contacts me to tell me that I don't live in the LTE home connecta network coverage!!!!!! I WAS USING IT 3 MONTHS AGO AT FULL SPEED. She basically tells me I'm lying by carrying on to say sorry sir it can't be because the technician said the network coverage is weak in your area.

NOW COMES THE GOOD PART I get THE SAME speeds anywhere I go in my town, I tell this to her and she then tells me we can't confirm where exactly the bad signal is but here is your address *insert address* and at your address it is bad signal. I don't even live at that point because we live on a huge school and I confirmed that I have signal on their coverage map AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY 3 MONTHS AGO
