Once Bitten Twice Shy #Cell C* First and Last

My Contract was coming to an end in July 2019.These ********** call you trying to sell you an upgrade.I was not interested as I wanted the contract cancelled.I initially gave the instruction to cancel my sim card and not have it go on from the 11th June.Nothing was done and now I am billed for another month.I have not used the Data,sms and minutes since inception as I only wanted the phone.Today is the 06th August and they want to bill me for another month.Thieve tactics go on as the contract department transfers you to a number that is no longer in service.Then the number 084135 and 084155 doesn't work from non cell c sim cards.I WILL NEVER TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH YOU PEOPLE #TERRIBLE SERVICE
