Once againI am hit with a big account

I thought my previous issue with Cell C had been finalised by a very effective Ms Hintso. I find , however, that somebody in billing did not see the arrangement and deducted a huge amount from my account. This has now impacted on the payment of another SP not being paid due to this erroneous deduction from my account. I am frustrated.
