Once again poor service Cell C!!!
Once again pathetic service from Cell C. Cell C wrongfully cancelled one of my contracts. After I complaint they said that the person wgo made the mistake will rectify it in the same day. It is still not rectified. Once again I had to hold in for a manager and after a while the call gets cut. Does Cell C phone you back? No. They expect you to phone in again and tell your sorry story to yet another 2 or 3 consultants. Fed up!!!!
