Once again no one getting back to me

I had a problem with my upgrade and was not getting any joy then I posted it on hello peter and all of a sudden everyone starting contacting me making promises. Once I said ok send me my new phone they said fine BUT when I enquired about my extra data and the R250 accessories voucher once again all communication stopped. I was promised they will get back to me the same day and that was 2 days ago. Really????? That's why I posted in my previous hello peter about promises. There call centre agents just don't bother following up or getting back to a person and management is no where to be found either #Cell C is mismanaged or should I say there is no management as no one from management has ever contacted me and this is 3 weeks already of constant struggles. Time to take this matter to another level.
