Once again mess made on my contract with my billing

AND HERE WE GO AGAIN. Theodorah assisted with my complaint the previous time that was ongoing from last year November, after weeks of waiting again she "resolved" the query however once again it was not seen through to the end! I was requested to do a sim swop to fix the complete mess Cell C made and promised I will not be charged for it, surprise surprise got my statement and invoices, lo and behold there it is. Lolo from Irene mall sent this query to H/O again almost a week later with no reply. Where is the service, this is pathetic beyond.!!! I need urgent assistance in getting this removed off my invoice or credit made. Number in question **********
