Once again I did not receive all my minutes

Last month I complained as I did not receive all my minutes as per my contract. Moses Mo***eng phoned me and sorted the issue out. I asked hik if this is now sorted out, or is this going to happen every month. He assured me that the problem was resolved. Well this is in fact not true, as this month again, I onlry received 40 min out of the 100 that I am supposed to get. I have sent Moses and email, but to date have not had a response. it is actually very sad that once has to revert to this, to have the issue resolved.
