Once again empty promises

Since my last complaint on hello peter cell c has contacted me and promised to resolve the issue of no signal at my house the lady took down all my details and ensured me that a technician will come and sort the problem out. we are approaching the 2 months mark and since no one has even phoned to check on this complaint. among other complaints that my girlfriend has lodged about cell c I am so frustrated with the poor service delivery and empty promises. I don't want a call center agent to phone me I want them to resolve the problem phoning and not following up will not resolve the issue at hand. I am asking nicely please sort out my signal issue at my house. To make matters worse its not only me that is suffering its my neighbor also. What more do you want us to do. Telkom, Vodacom, Mtn all those networks has signal at my house its only cell C that's an issue and you want to buy people out of their contracts for what?
