Once again cell c ****s me

**** ****. Once again I have been ****med by you guys. Cell C Hillcrest admitts that there was an employer in there store ******** people but refuse to refund my money after I have shown them proof that I have been ****med as well the other employer in-store admitting this all happened. I wonder how long it's going to take you to fix this complained, or wait you won't be bothered unless I actually know someone who works for cell c HR like with the last time you ****med me. Sad thing is I was assured this would not happen again, haven't even had the contract for a month and cell c have once again ****med me.
