Once again, Cell C proves their incompetence!!!

My husband has called multiple times since the beginning of the month to once again rectify a mistake that was caused by Cell C. This is pathetic, it’s pathetic that their staff does not know what they’re talking about and can’t answer anything. You get transferred from one useless department to another and still nothing gets resolved.

My account is being debited almost double the amount agreed upon on our contract, when we called in an agent said that it is incorrect and that they would rectify our bill within 24-48hours...ITS BEEN WEEKS and still nothing has been done, instead they closed the ticket and carried on as if it’s all sorted out when nothing’s been done.

I am tired of having to constantly complain about something that should never have happened , or happened due to errors constantly popping up on Cell C’s end. I Refuse to pay a bill that is almost double the agreed amount,I expect Cell C to fix their mess and only debit me what needs to be debited,I don’t want to wait any longer and I need it fixed ASAP!!!

I don’t want to be credited either!!I want to pay only what is due this month as per my contract!!! I can not keep paying for your incompetence!!
