Once again Cell C is wasting my time.

Tuesday I complained about Cell C on HelloPeter.com about the delivery of my phone so I canceled my updgrade and went in store to upgrade there. Yesterday I received my phone and everything looked fine. It came standard with a screen protector which hid the fault so its not visible. I immediately went to the Mall to get a tampered glass screen protector just to find that the top right corner of the phones display was bent. I was told this buy a employe at a Vodacom Store who was fitting my screen protector. Cell C did not have any tampered glass screen protectors. Today I took my phone back to Cell C and they told me they have to book it in and it will take 7 to 14 working days. Now after wasting a week of my time they want to waste a couple more weeks. Cell C is ****ing pathetic. They refuse to swop out the phone even though they admitted to the display being bent on the right top corner. I had the phone for less than 24 hours and bought a folding cover for the phone 1 hour after I received it. I know its a manufacturing fault but I would expect them to do a straight swop out cause this is ridiculous. If this isn't resolved in 24 hours then I will cancel my contract completely...
