once again a big company that do what they want!!!!!!!!

I signed my contract on the 29th of December 2015, it wasn't a week I already had my first problem with the phone as the battery only lasted half a day and that was when it was lying in my pocket, took it in and they bluntly refused to change it for a new one. Explaining to them i dont have money to buy a temporary phone if they take it in for repairs can they please borrow me a temporary one that was also refused as i asked for the manager is was told she was on lunch and so she was for 3HOURS!!!!! and this is when my problems started with this company.

Last month May 2016 a debit order went off on my account for R431-00 witch is a lot more then i should be considering that im looking at my contract stating my monthly is R269 and can only go over by R50.00 which means max my monthly can reach is R 319.00 and the consultant guaranteed me promised it will never be more than that. Her name is no where to be found on my contract?

So I went to the branch to find out what is going on why is my monthly so high and they explained to me if i buy data it wont be taken of my monthly minutes i will be billed extra I wasn't happy because i wasnt told this on the day i signed the contract but okay i knew now so the month of June i bought two small data bundles ( daily bundles) of R12.50 100MB and phoned with my contract number twice my debit order just went off R 592.67?

What really upsets me is I cant do anything about this, I cant stop paying them because then they will go and destroy my credit record so what do I do?

Rian Cloete

********** 869
