***** on month to month contract cell c

I have a month to month data contract with Cell C, I was trying to cancel but was told the contract ends in February 2024. I never signed a contract nor activated a contract with cell c in February 2022 as indicated by call centre agent, now who signed that contract on my behalf. ***** happened and someone needs to account because I did not sign that contract and want to terminate the month to month with immediate effect having no penalties as per agreement.
