On hold for hours!

I had an account with Cell C, I lost my job and fell into arrears causing me to get a default listing on ICT.<br> I got a new job and just want to make payment arrangement for my arrears but nobody answers the phone???<br> I go through to contracts customer care who advised that they cannot assist as I have to speak to the subscriber collections department. I have been calling since yesterday morning and still nothing because I hold for over an hour at a time!! You want payment but you cant answer the phone?<br> Furthermore, I sent an email which will only get a response in 24-48 hours! I have sh*t to do and you are delaying me!
