On-going contract nightmare
I am trying to resolve my contract issue with Cell C since June 2021 without any success. I have raised the issue on "Hellopeter" on the 19th of October and still I am getting nowhere. I was contacted by two people (currently I will not mentioned their names) from Cell C and forwarded them with all the various reference numbers and many email sent over the past 5 months.
It is totally unacceptable that this issue is not being resolved and I can not understand that a customer is not taking seriously. I have been a loyal paying customer for years
It seems to me this treatment of customers is the standard and norm at this company.
