OMG HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!!

I honestly wish there was like a Minus stars for Cellc.

CELLC yet again we are back at square one. I phoned on the 14th of December to cancel my contract with Cellc I made payment of the cancelation amount as per my Statement received for December 2018. I also made payment for Decembers Bill.

The lady who assisted me confirmed that the funds reflect and said she would cancel the contract and would get back to me till this day I have not had a call back!

I phoned today 28.12.2018 just to find out my contract is not cancelled as requested and the consultant cant see the funds reflecting on my account and claims there is arrears on my account...?

Really Cellc I am just letting you know Come the first week of Jan 2019 and I get harrased by your debt collectors I will seek legal advice for harassment! ALSO PLEASE NOTE AS PER MY TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WITH YOUR CONSULTANT ON THE 14TH OF DECEMEBER I NOTED IT AS THE LAST DAY OF MY CONTRACT AND I HAVE NO MORE LEGAL OBLIGATION TOWARDS CELLC AND COME JAN 2019 AND YOU BILL ME YOU WILL NOT GET ONE PENNY!!!!!!!

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH CELL C AGAIN IN MY LIFE THANK YOU FOR THE POOR SERVICE WELL APPRECIATED!
