OMBUDSMAN QUERY
MY query is still not resolved !! You guys told me the courier will collect in 7days, I called after 7days, they said NO it takes 14 days, by then you have debited me AGAIN for the 4th month for an incorrect package you sent !!!!!!!!!!!! How is this possible that there is no sense of urgency for your customers here? Again I called yesterday, 12th April and I waited 2HOURS on the line for the delivery department. I called back asked to speak to a manager, a team leader by the name of Elias was meant to call me back and still nothing! This is the 3rd manager that does not call me back, HOW????? You guys are disgusting. I cannot, cannot take this anymore. I cannot get any assistance for 4months?????
