OMBUDSMAN ESCALATION - NO HELP SINCE JANUARY

This is my 3rd Hello Peter post and still no feedback from you guys. How is this possible Cell C? How is this even possible!!! 3weeks ago you told me the courier will collect 2 extra phones you sent me incorrectly and you put an extra contract on my name, I have been calling since the end of January 2022!!!! I had sp much hope this was the resolve but still none. To this day, staff, supervisors, managers who promised to call me back has not done so! You guys are deducting the extra phone amounts since January and still there is no help for your new customer and this is all your error. I am in absolute disbelief, I am at my wits end with you guys because I am getting no help and to top it off I was told can't even return the phones to a store as a courier initially delivered it so they must collect. I asked for so many people to help me but to this day nobody has escalated the matter. I have never In my life come across such bad service. It's so disappointing, so so so disappointing that not even the people dealing with Hello Peter complaints can help. I am literally begging for help each time.
