Oldest customer with worse service Ever

CELLC I cancelled this getmore thing last month and even have confirmation...WHY IS this on my november statement...Apart from the fact that a debit order has gone off my account and now I get an sms from your department saying it was never paid how is this possible...Proof is sent and I am still waiting for feedback...GOD Help you if you cut me off this year again...I have been a long standing customer with CELLC but the service I am receiving is unthinking right now.....DO I TAKE MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
