Old phone sold for new contract :(

I was called a few times by the call center to upgrade my phone as my contract is due for that upgrade. I then required a few times about certain phones upon which I was told there will be new deals in Feb and I asked the lady to call me back in feb with the new deals. When I was phoned back I was told that there weren't many options into what I was looking for, so I had a look on the website at a few phones and saw the Galaxy Grand Neo, which looked normal but I wasn't sure as its online after all. I asked her how the phone is rated and all the necessary questions. I was told its a good phone, its the replacement of the S4 and very good seller (calls are recorded please go listen). So I decided to take her word for it and go for it. Upon arrival i saw it was a HUGE phone, which is not my problem really, what I did notice upon trying to get a cover and screen protector for it is that its an outdated phone which I now pay more for than for instance the A3 Samsung that you guys now a week later have on special :(. I feel very unhappy that I'll be paying for 2 years on a contract for an old outdated phone and thus will never every make use of cell c again after this contract expires
