They got a star. Should actually get nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we are back at having to get their attention with another bad review - Week 3 I might mention and still no joy!

When one places an order and it's apparently vetoed, one would expect that service provider to get back to you. Firstly when they said they will and secondly with some clue of what's going on.

So they never contacted me. It took me having to call time after time and i have had so many different stories, it's actually unbelievable..

After both the first and second review - they were going to get back to me. Never happened.

Anyway, everyone apologises, yet nothing improves. They are not even taking calls on my one number - always have some clever answer. I was not bred under a turkey man. You do not want to deal with me.

I have confirmation emails, all sorts of things, even pending debit orders!

On Thursday clever mr agent assured me I'd be happy by the end of the day.Nothing happened. He called the Friday and confirmed that everything was in order but that I would not get the handset I'd like but a much lessor one. I suppose handset is handset.

On Monday the same agent confirmed that the phone is on its way. When I called now to check....guess what...NO ORDER!!!! No one knows a thing (oh my one number still cannot contact them.)

I've gone as far as requesting that a senior person contact me, as I really do not want to be dealing with the apologetic small fry!!!

Now what? I think that I need to take my business elsewhere - even if it means saving up and buying a device cash. But cell C...eish man - get with it man.
