Ok

I recently complained about cell c wrong billing and I finally got the feedback from the guy called Patrick who confirmed my payment agreement with them of R89.00 per month and he promised me I will be refunded all the monies that were incorrectly debited within 7 days of the phone call, he called me on 02/02/2016 , seven days was on Friday but I did not receive anything,now I'm wondering if cellc ever fulfill the promises they made to their customers because they keep on promising but nothing is happening and I will definitely cancel my contract with them with no payments further and I will not be blacklisted because they already debited the money in advance,there was also a lady by the name of Mandy who called me after Patrick called to find out if they called about my refund I said yes, I don't understand why is she not doing a follow up regarding my refund instead of a phone call because it does nothing to me, all I want is my money back ASAP
