Oh no, not again Cell C

Cell C did contact me and tried to blame me for the tower coming down in Linkhills Waterfall KZN, or to be fairer, they said the reason my phone does not work is because the screen is cracked. Not true. I was told by Cell C that they could find no fault with the phone, and then within a week someone else phoned and told me that the phone could not be repaired, and that they were sending it back to me. Still that was about 18 months after they lowered their tower in Waterfall<br> The man that phoned within a day or two and eventually told me, after trying to blame my poor defenseless phone, that I would not be charged again. Not true. I have been billed yet again. Shocking, I would never have expected that. Tongue in check.<br> If your confused just imagine how confused Cell C is.<br> To add insult to injury, The man on the phone asked me where he could pick up the phone. I told him it was the same address that he picked up the phone and sent it back again, last time. He did not seem to know what I was talking about. Confusion reigns.<br>
