<p>ok here ia m watching tv ,cell advertises the package 40Gb for 299</p> <p>they start the their advert with "due to popular demand" mind you they offered 20G at 1st</p> <p>i call in i ask them an specify "As seen on TV"Kholiwe Magagula helps me out alright boom my contarct comes with prorated of 4.84 Gb i ask her and still specifying the 40GB package as seen on Tv she assures me by the 1st i will get my full package,right comes the 1st i email her she doesnt respond no more,funny,i logged a tickect with zimbili zikhali ********** 894 she the get tickect number for me my quierrry will be solved in 2working days and Lesego calls and he jus became very sissy with me on the phone oh my word i have never been this annoyed m still asking him idf he listened to the recording ?oh no "even if we listend to the recording we cant help"i qoute ,brother went on and on my question so now cell c advertised pure lies?i have a Good mind to take this further oh my God m still shaking how can someone treat customers this bad the tone of voice yerr!!you know what this is terrible....</p>
