Offline AGAIN
Ever since Cell C partnered with Vumatel their service has gone down heavily. They are also off a lot guys. Watch out before you choose your next service provider. I am off constantly. With an amount of R1000 a month u dont expect so many issues...specially for as little as 20 mb speed
