Obtaining my personal information without my consent

I just received a phone call from Cell C offering to sell me the new iPhone. The problem is I have never ever dealt with Cell C, never bought a product from them, never had a contract with them, never even been in their stores. Yet somehow they have procured my contact information. I have given no one any consent to release such information either. After researching I am sure this is a violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 with regards to direct marketing by means of unsolicited electronic communications. I demand to know how and from whom you got my private details from.
