It is so difficult to get hold of the sales department. I held for practically 35 minutes and the lady i spoke too today was less interested and she dropped the phone on me and never called me back. I am still waiting for the phone to be delivered and no communication from cell c has been done. I am paying for this phone and subsequently would like to cancel my contract.
