OBF Rejected Due To Incorrect Inspection

I am a LOYAL costumer of Cell C. I had upgraded my TWO contracts 12/04/2015 with the Samsung S6 Edges. One of the handsets screens was failing to rotate back to portrait. I then returned the DEFECT handset with the SEVEN day window period date after purchase 17/04/2015 . The store then booked the handset in as an \OBF"or Out of Box Failure claiming I will receive feedback with regards to my claim. After 5 working days of not receiving any feedback"
