O so SICK AND TIRED.

I took out a new contract with Cell C and After I had my phone for a week i could not take any photos, videos or listen to music. I went to Cell C, they took my phone and said \the phone needs to have a software update"it will take 21 working days!! . Patrick assisted me.. He told me that Cell C is going to provide me with a new phone. He told me that Cell C credited the East Rand Mall Cell C and that I just had to go there and pick up my new phone. So it ended being the store was NOT credited and that Cell C would courier me the new cell phone. I was booked of sick and I had to return to work. She assured me that the phone would arrive at my doorstep in 48hours. She would phone me and make sure everything was on track. No phone. Then I got told the phone is end of life.
