Numerous requests for statements

<p>I have been a cell c customer for many years and I have to say that this will be my last year using them as a network provider. I have been contacting the contact centre for months and asking them to email me my statments, the consultants all say they will email it as they have updated it on the system, But no statements were ever sent to me upon my requests. Nobody knows why I dont receive them. Absoluteley frustrating. Not to forget the terrible connection I have when making or receiving a call and internet usuage, its like pointless me having a phone thats how bad the connection is.</p>
