Numerous problems with upgrades.

I recently posted how i had a lot of problems upgrading my contracts in Nov 2015. Finally receiving a new phone just to report it being out of order 2 days later, Waiting 3 weeks for pick up and even longer for new phone due to no stock etc. Phone was only picked up on 28 Dec. They only phoned me a week after my second \hello peter"post. Two days before they phoned"
