Numbers that i cant dial using my minutes

is cell c for real????? I have my own minutes allocated and then I cannot make landline numbers I must buy airtime for that . Really I pay my premiums and you control me who should I call and if I have emergency stuck on a free way I cant make a call . I m not happy and will definitely move on to the better network ..nx
