Number deactivation/RICA SMS Flood

Yesterday I called 142 to see if I qualify for friends and family benefits and all of a sudden my number gets unregistered from the CellC network and i start receiving a flood of SMSs saying I need to Rica by the 30th of June. I have RICA'd my sim and have submitted my proof of address and copy of ID a good couple of months ago. I have been getting an SMS every few seconds which is highly frustrating and just so dissapointing. I ported back to Cell C because I had issues with another provider thinking I will give them another chance. Now this happens. Please just fix this mess...
